Meet the founder, Sara Holley

A mentor of mine once said that I have a unique ability to get people to believe in my vision just as fervently as I do. That statement stuck with me, and in many ways, it’s the foundation of my work as a professional marketer. To me, marketing is more than visibility. It’s a chance to create connection and inspire action.

I build digital campaigns for Red Hat, one of the world’s leading enterprise software companies. At Red Hat, I combine data, storytelling and strategy to deliver the right message to the right people at the right time.

My path to marketing began at UNC-Chapel Hill. I graduated with highest distinction, earning a degree in media and journalism and minoring in entrepreneurship. I immersed myself in hands-on learning, from filming news-style videos to understanding how startup founders think. I also held leadership roles in TEDxUNC and the student campaign that brought an Asian American Center to campus.

As I navigated the early years of my career, I realized that leaders of smaller organizations are often too busy to spend meaningful time on marketing. I started freelancing to bring professional marketing to people who are ready to elevate their small organization’s brand. Whether you're growing a business, managing a nonprofit, or scaling an idea, I’m here to help you build a winning marketing strategy.

My clients’ goals, their audiences’ needs, and my own standards of excellence drive every decision I make. That’s what “impact with intent” means.

When I’m not working, I enjoy making home café drinks, lifting weights, and exploring new fragrances. Each one reflects how I think about marketing: craft matters, discipline strengthens, and details make the difference.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the inspiration behind the name, "Tiger Bunny Agency?"

Does the founder have teammates? Why do you use “we” throughout your website?

How does the founder balance freelance clients with her full-time job?

Am I the right kind of client for you?

How can I get started with Tiger Bunny Agency?

Tigers represent ambition, clarity and boldness. Bunnies represent agility, empathy and connection. Together, the two form the balanced marketing approach that underscores everything we do at Tiger Bunny Agency.

The use of “we” throughout the website is aspirational. Tiger Bunny Agency is a sole proprietorship, but if we need additional support, we’ll bring on new team members to keep meeting and exceeding client needs.

Sara, the founder: I’ll answer that! I’m no stranger to balancing multiple responsibilities. Before entering the corporate world, I juggled three part-time jobs. Throughout 2025, I balanced my client Umiya Raleigh with my full-time work. In addition to those commitments, I worked with Musical Empowerment in the summer of 2025. I value transparency and will always communicate with you if I need to rebalance my work.

I’m well-suited for small businesses, nonprofits and entrepreneurs—especially those in the Triangle area of North Carolina—who want marketing that’s strategic, collaborative and purposeful. If you’re invested in your work and ready to elevate how you share it, there’s a good chance we’ll work well together.
